the hotel itself was magnificent and fairly clean and the staff were friendly, it had amazing location near the railway station. we stayed in a deluxe queen room and greatly enjoyed a clean bathroom. location: the venue was just off akshardham metro, the roof top resturant, and the center.

Our stay in the deluxe queen room was great. the bathroom was spotless. the hotel's location near India Gate, Red Fort, Akshardham Metro, New Delhi Railway Station, and Delhi Airport was very convenient.

The location is favourable as it's so close to the Main bazaar as well as the shopping area...

The staff was attentive, providing great service and useful information to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with strong AC and great amenities. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

No improvements necessary, everything was more than satisfactory.

We had a great experience at this place and were pleasantly surprised to find a nearby Diamond Restaurant & Cafe where we could enjoy tea and coffee; we will definitely come back again.

This hotel had an incredible location, with plenty of landmarks and transportation options nearby. the rooftop restaurant provided a stunning atmosphere and the rooms were generally clean and comfortable. Guests could easily explore the city and enjoy easy access to transportation options like nearby train stations.

Some guests experienced issues with the quality of towels, bedlinen, and cleanliness of the bathrooms.

This hotel is perfectly located right near the railway station and in the centre of everything – transportation is easily accessible as well. Despite its location on a busy market street, the rooms are clean and noise level is low. The hotel facilities are top-notch – free Wi-Fi, hot coffee, and very comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly helpful with travel tips and recommendations for this city.

The room wasn't as clean as we hoped. The bed linens had visible stains, and the tray where the food was served was uncleaned.

They had complimentary breakfast every morning and even left a couple of chocolates on my pillow every night. the location was very convenient, right in the heart of the action with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the room itself was pretty spacious and comfortable.
